We work with suppliers and delivery partners to coordinate order processing and fulfilment. Once an order is placed, our team works to ensure it is processed and handed over for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Our Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched on the same day or the next day, depending on the time the order is placed.
For deliveries, we work with established courier services, including FedEx, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Blue Dart and India Post (Speed Post).
Our estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Cash on Delivery is also available on eligible orders.
Our Return & Refund Policy
We want our customers to feel comfortable when shopping with us. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us at support@goshopper.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your name, phone number, order number and reason for the request.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
- Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate the return pickup.
- After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are generally not eligible for return or refund. However, exceptions may be made if the product received is significantly different from its description, arrives damaged, or its packaging is damaged upon delivery.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized products, undergarments and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
